King Arthur Flour lowers the price grocery retailers pay for their flours

Baker’s Banter, the King Arthur corporate blog, posted a letter yesterday from Michael Bittel, their senior VP and general manager of the Flour division at King Arthur Flour, announcing an immediate price decrease on flour.

The company is lowering the prices it charges to retailers on it’s Unbleached All Purpose, Unbleached Bread, and Traditional 100% Whole Wheat Flours. So look for lower prices in your local supermarket, and if you don’t see them, don’t blame King Arthur. You should be able to save some dough buying their flour to make your dough.
